Great Oti Association–North America has donated Medical Supplies to selected hospitals in the Oti Region.

In a remarkable show of support for healthcare deli ery in the Oti Region, the Great Oti Association–North America, led by its President Dell Saviour Adiakpor and their Country Representative Rear Admiral Mosee Beick-Baffour (Retired) has donated essential medical supplies to five health facilities across the region.

The items—which included bed covers, bedsheets, pillow cases, wheel chair, zima-frame, isolation gowns, and nose masks—were presented to Jasikan Municipal Hospital, Worawora Regional Hospital, Likpe Bakua Polyclinic, Kadjebi Health Center, and Kete Krachi Government Hospital.

The donation exercise began in August 2024, with Jasikan and Worawora hospitals as the first beneficiaries under the leadership of Mr. Dell Saviour Adiakpor President of the Association and assisted by Retired Rear Admiral Moses Beick-Baffour. The initiative was later extended to Likpe Bakua, Kadjebi, and Kete Krachi health facilities, concluding the outreach.

Unlike the 2024 exercise, which focused solely on bedding supplies, this year’s initiative (2025) saw an expanded partnership. The Peniel Ebenezer Foundation in collaboration with Christ Oasis Ministries, joined the cause, making it possible to include the protective items such as isolation gowns and nose masks in the package.

Hospital authorities who received the donations expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Association for remembering the needs of healthcare facilities in the region. They pledged to use and maintain the supplies effectively for the benefit of patients and staff.

Speaking during the presentation, Rear Admiral Beick-Baffour encouraged beneficiaries to share the Association’s impact with their relatives abroad, urging them to join the Great Oti Association–North America. He also took the opportunity to announce the official launch of the Association in Worcester, Massachusetts, scheduled for next week.
